digital fashion
I have always been passionate about fashion design and photography but as an independent artist and student I have experienced physical constraints and limitations of resources. Fabric is expensive and sometimes inaccessible, and I’ve found myself wanting to photograph in locations that I can't get to or that don’t exist. By utilizing 3D, I am given the freedom to explore design with endless fabrics, textures, and forms and the ability to create any environment I want.

For this project I created digital garments with the intention of replicating physical materials and captured them using what I have learned from photography. A variety of printed photographs allow for both a full look at the design and a closer look at the details.
